Boob Buster: How To Get Rid Of The Eye-Popping Andro-Jugs

Let all your fears out of your chest, literally. Include shame and embarrassment, too, and all the ugly feelings associated with your condition. How do you do this? Pills? Special herbs? Magic? Screaming? Group therapy? The answer is none of the above. Getting rid of those drooping boobies can take time, and a long one at that. There is no shortcut. That is the bad news. The good news is, there is a cure.

The declining number of testosterone in men can be blamed for the increasing size of men’s boobs. In pop culture, man boobs are also called “andro-jugs,” “male titties,” “male boobs,” “moobs” or “moobies.” In the medical community, it is called gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is just one of the three types of man boobs. This is usually characterized by a growth of female tissues in the chest. Puffy nipples are the primary indicator of this condition.

The other is pseudogynecomastia. In this case, the mass in the male chest is mostly made up of fats making it easier to treat than the gynecomastia.

The third type is a combination of both female tissues and fats. If getting rid of gynecomastia is the Olympics, this one is Alcatraz. It does not mean you have to move mountains but the process could be very long and meticulous that you would not be able to see them flat in one year, but you will eventually.

Treatments To Lose Man Boobs

Man boobs are the manifestations of unbalanced hormone levels in the body. This means that the female hormone (estrogen) count is higher than the male hormone (testosterone). The 19th century saw an evolution that slowly changed how the world works. Known as the Industrial age, buildings were erected, machines were invented, chemicals were utilized, various prescription drugs were manufactured, and plastic became a hot item. All these materials gave people a great future plus toxins and hormone-altering chemicals. If you want those moobs to shrink, listen:

  • Nowadays, BPAs (Bisphenol A.) in plastic and paraben in personal care products can be consumed unknowingly because, despite censure, these are still mixed and hidden in ambiguous terms. The trick is to be picky with the stuff you buy. Read the labels first at all times.
  • Even gadgets and electronics have PBDEs (Polybrominated diphenyl ethers). The chemical is known to have a negative impact on hormones. As much as possible, don’t put them in your pocket, waist or anywhere near the prostate gland.
  • Certain medications such as anti-depressants, androgens, estrogen creams, and anabolic steroids, most especially are big-time hormone bomber. If you must take any of them because you are suffering from heart, kidney, or liver disease, just make sure you are on the right diet.
  • Lifestyle change. Pay attention to your nutrition and adopt an exercise routine designed to eliminate male boobs.
